Work With Me - Coaching & Mentoring

I offer a small number of coaching/mentoring sessions per month to women who can’t see a way forward. You might be:

• Struggling with an abusive, controlling or toxic person

• Rebuilding after domestic abuse or coercive control

• Looking ahead to what comes next

I also mentor women who are, or would like to be, working in the domestic abuse sector. I have many years of leadership experience from restructuring services to managing change. I can help you plan:

• A route into the sector

• How to manage expectations, work-based stress or burnout

• Projects, hurdles, tricky situations - talk to someone who understands, and has likely been there before

Whether you’re an established leader or starting in frontline practice, I’m here for you.

Please note I offer coaching and mentoring only. This is a different discipline to counselling or therapy. It’s a trauma-informed and solution-focussed partnership intended to support you to reach decisions and goals. My sessions are not intended to replace clinical or work-based supervision. If you are at risk of abuse or harm, I may only be able to work with you in collaboration with other services, but much depends on your circumstances. Why don’t we have a chat?
